Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Player One Collectibles! By accessing or using our website at playeronecollectibles.com, including our POC shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Account Usage and Security

Accounts on Player One Collectibles are designed for individual use only. Sharing accounts between multiple users is strictly prohibited, as accounts are specific to each individual. We utilize advanced security measures and AI technology to monitor user activity and ensure platform integrity. Any misuse, manipulation, or abuse of our platform or features—including but not limited to hacking, exploiting glitches, or unauthorized automation—will not be tolerated. If detected, such actions may result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account, preventing you from creating new accounts.

🛒 Shop Orders — Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the POC shop are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email — this does not constitute acceptance of your order, only acknowledgement that we have received it. A contract of sale is formed between you and Player One Collectibles when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

🛒 Shop Orders — Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed in the shop are in US Dollars (USD) as the base currency. Prices are subject to change without notice, and stock levels are updated in real time. We make every effort to ensure pricing and availability shown on the site are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed your order but before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

🛒 Shop Orders — Product Descriptions

We aim to describe every product accurately, including its dimensions, materials, colour, and specifications. Product photography is representative and provided for illustration. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or finish may occur between production batches or between the product photography and the item you receive. These variations do not constitute a fault.

If a product is not as described, this is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

🛒 Shop Orders — Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched on the next working day, subject to cleared payment and stock availability. Tracked delivery is provided as standard on all orders, and free worldwide shipping is available on orders over $200 USD.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date, in the case of a lost parcel) so we can raise an investigation with the carrier.

Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your local authority. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us at checkout. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

🛒 Shop Orders — Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with every order. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical products purchased from the POC shop. Full terms are set out in our Payment & Privacy Policy, but the key points are:

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including the original shipping cost, at no expense to you.

Your Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may have additional statutory rights, including a cooling-off period for certain online purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Where the cooling-off period applies, the return window and conditions described above are offered in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.

Some items may be exempt from the standard returns policy under applicable law — for example, sealed products that have been opened, or personalised items. Where this applies, it will be made clear on the product page before you buy.

Payment

Payment for shop orders is taken at the time of checkout using a leading, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — those are handled securely by the processor. Full details of how we handle payment and privacy are set out in our Payment & Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, and shipping costs with notice. Failure to settle an outstanding payment may result in cancellation of an order or suspension of account access until the matter is resolved.

Prohibited Commercial Use

Our platform and features are intended for personal use by trading card enthusiasts. Using our technology, data, or services to sell, market, or promote other products or services — or leveraging our platform for commercial gain outside of its intended purpose — is not permitted. This does not prevent legitimate collectors or vendors from purchasing products from the shop for their own collections or resale, provided it complies with applicable law and does not involve scraping, bulk automation, or abuse of the platform.

Intellectual Property and Technology

All technology, content, and features provided by Player One Collectibles — including our proprietary tools, interfaces, product photography, and site design — are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our technology outside of the website in any form, including code, reverse-engineering, or other means, without express written permission.

However, users are free to share screenshots or images of their collection, portfolio, or shop purchases to their personal networks and fanbase without restriction, provided it does not infringe on our technology or proprietary data.

User Conduct

You agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempting to bypass security measures; using automated tools to scrape or bulk-order products; or engaging in any behavior that disrupts other users’ experiences. Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or termination at our discretion.

Proprietary Machine Learning Algorithms

Player One Collectibles employs proprietary machine learning algorithms designed exclusively for personal use, enabling you to track the original price paid for cards in your collection, their current market value, and the resulting profit or loss based on your entries. This feature is provided solely as a tool for users to monitor their own trading card collections and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Player One Collectibles makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for profits, losses, or any financial outcomes arising from its use. Users access and utilize our platform entirely at their own risk, and Player One Collectibles, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be held liable, under any legal theory, for any decisions, actions, or financial consequences based on the information provided, including but not limited to errors in user entries or market data fluctuations.

Limitation of Liability

Player One Collectibles provides this platform “as is” and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any shop order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our platform and community. We will never terminate an account without reason. If you have an active order at the time of termination, we will either complete or cancel and refund that order at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted here and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in the jurisdiction of Player One Collectibles. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
